Buybacks go to xSTEP holders

Onchain buybacks have been happening via the Step fee wallet for the past 3 years. This model has significantly reduced the supply through burns and allowed revenue to be shared passively with stakers. We recently surpassed 160M STEP tokens purchased through historical buybacks and all of them have been publicly posted for years. You can track the STEP fee wallet which does the buybacks here.
